- Navigate to Center Details.
- Open the Invite Code section and enable the existing-student invite option.
- Generate or update the invite code as required.
- Share the code with your existing students or their parents.
How Can Existing Students Join an Academy Using the Invite Code?
Students or parents can follow these steps using the Play A Sport Sports Academies app:
- Open the app and select the relevant academy.
- Choose the Existing User option during enrollment.
- Enter the invite code shared by the academy owner.
- If the admission fee has already been paid to the academy, uncheck Include Admission Fee to avoid paying it again. Otherwise, keep it selected.
- Continue with the enrollment process.
Important: A valid invite code allows existing students to enroll without paying the admission fee again when it has already been paid to the academy. The batch or course fee and applicable platform charges may still apply.
