3. Is registration at 'Play A Sport' free?

A minimum fee of INR 200 is payable by users for using the services on the platform.

Play Hour by 'Play A Sport'

1. Can I cancel my participation?

No refunds are provided for membership fees. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy on the platform.

2. How can I get a discount?

Any available discount will be announced on the platform or communicated via the email address or phone number provided during registration.

3. Can I bring a friend along?

No. Only users who have purchased the services or individuals registered under that user are allowed to attend the sessions.

4. Who can join?

Any individual can join the platform and, upon payment of the applicable fees, avail the services of listed academies.

Academies & Bookings

1. Can I search by academy on the app?

Yes, absolutely.

2. I cannot see any academy near my area. Why?

We are continuously expanding. If you don’t see any academy nearby, please check again later, or suggest one by emailing us at [email protected].

3. How do I book an academy?

Choose your academy → Select training term or duration → Choose your plan → Complete the payment.
